Every piece of recorded medium remains in the possession and control of the firm; and all transcript production, proofreading, and binding are in-house functions as well.

Transcript drafts, final diskettes, and original records remain in storage onsite for a minimum of ten years. In-house transcript production is performed on an alternating shift basis, often extending over twenty-four hours per day, including weekends—allowing the client easy access to production if requirements change during the process.
