Transcription Production

With a team of transcription specialists—selected for their expertise in speed, accuracy and detail—we are able to give our clients timely, efficient and accurate service, including same-day service. We offer a full range of transcription services, including:

• Realtime—Proceedings are captured live and a transcript is produced simultaneously on a computer, providing instant access to the hearing while it is still taking place.
• Stenomask—Reporters speak into a stenomask containing a microphone and voice silencer. All details of the proceeding are recorded and transcribed afterward.
• Stenography—A reporter types the proceedings on a stenotype machine.

Quality Control

Utilizing a back-up live track for all proceedings, and our most experienced court reporters to proofread all transcripts, Victory Verbatim ensures absolute accuracy on all documents produced. Each document is verified to reflect a verbatim transcript of the proceedings. Upon correction, a document is then compared with its draft to be certain that all corrections are final. Only at this point is a document certified true and accurate.

Proofreaders also utilize an in-house resource library, which is continuously updated and contains volumes of case law, impact studies, and reference material from all areas of specialty, including: architecture, engineering, geology, chemistry, medicine, and more.
